FAQ

Who can start a campaign on the Natina platform?

Anyone in Israel who needs help, whether personal, medical, financial, family-related, legal, or community-focused, can open a campaign. You don’t have to be part of an organization or NGO, but every campaign is reviewed by our team before going live.

Do I have to pay any fees or commission to start a campaign?

No. There’s no setup fee, no commission on funds raised, and no middleman charges. The full amount raised goes directly to you, minus standard payment processing fees.

How long does it take for my campaign to go live?

Up to 24 hours from the time you submit your request, after our team reviews your details. In urgent cases, we can fast-track approval.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes. You can choose to hide your name and personal details from the public, but you must still verify your identity privately with our team.

What do I need to open a campaign?

Just fill out a short form with your personal details, a description of your case, your fundraising goal, a photo (if available), and your bank account information.

Can I start a campaign for someone else?

Yes, as long as you have their permission, and you clearly state this in the form.

Review Process & Campaign Activation

How does the campaign review process work?

Every campaign is carefully read by our team. We may request clarifications or documents to ensure credibility and protect the platform’s integrity.

Can I open campaigns for community projects?

Absolutely. You can raise funds for social initiatives, NGO support, purchasing equipment for those in need, renovating shelters, and more.

What if I don’t reach my fundraising goal?

You still receive all the funds you’ve raised – even if you don’t reach the full target.

How do I receive the money?

Funds are transferred to the bank account you provided, based on the payment processor’s schedule, after basic security checks.

Does Natina send marketing emails or newsletters?

Only updates and content related to the platform’s activity. no third-party ads. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I edit my campaign after it’s live?

Yes. You can update text, images, or your fundraising goal, but changes will need to be re-approved by our team.

Security, Restrictions & Policies

What should I do if I see a suspicious or offensive campaign?

Report it via email or our contact form. Our team will review every report and take appropriate action.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Not always. Since funds go directly to the campaign owner, only campaigns run by a registered non-profit with Section 46 approval qualify for tax receipts.

Is there a limit to the number of campaigns I can open?

There’s no set limit, but duplicate or overlapping campaigns aren’t allowed. Our team may reject a new campaign if it conflicts with an existing one or raises doubts.

Can I close my campaign early?

Yes. You can request to close your campaign at any time, whether or not you’ve reached your goal. Any funds raised until closure will be transferred to you.

What if I have a technical issue with the site?

Contact our support team via the website form or email. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly so your campaign can continue running smoothly.
